簡介:Introduction
旋壓式污泥脫水機,(英文名稱:Rotarypressfilter)是國際上新發展起來的一種過濾分離機械,是新型的環保裝置,具有結構簡單、高脫水性能好、結構緊湊、密閉構造、維修管理容易等優點。旋轉擠壓式污泥脫水機可用于污水處理,也可用于食品工業和醫藥工業的固液分離。
Rotary press filter is a newly developed filter separation machine in the world. It is a new type of environmental protection device. It has many advantages,such as simple structure, high dewatering performance, compact structure, closed structure, easy maintenance and managemen and so on. Rotary press filter can be used for sewage treatment, but also for solid-liquid separation in food industry and pharmaceutical industry.
 
最早生產出旋轉擠壓式污泥脫水機的是加拿大法尼亞公司?,F在法尼亞公司在加拿大、美國、英國、法國及日本已有70多個項目。處理的污泥有城市污水污泥、人畜糞便、造紙污泥、工業污泥等。2001年日本最大的離心機制造商巴工業株式會社向法尼亞購買專利后也生產旋轉擠壓式污泥脫水機。相繼德國、韓國也生產出旋壓式污泥脫水機,機型有所改進。
The earliest manufacturer of the rotary press filter was the Canadian Fania Company. Now Fania has more than 70 projects in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France and Japan. The treated sludge includes urban sewage sludge, human and animal feces, papermaking sludge, industrial sludge and so 0n. In 2001, Japan ’s largest centrifuge manufacturer, Pakistan Industrial Co., Ltd. also produced rotary press filter after purchasing a patent from Fania. Successively, Germany and South Korea also produced rotary press filter,and the models have been improved.

工作原理:Working principle
含泥污水通過藥劑調理后進入污泥通道,污泥在環形的通道內被鉆有小孔的濾板低速帶動,隨著通道容積逐漸收縮,水分從兩側濾孔排出。在進口推力和濾網摩擦力的作用下,污泥不斷被推向出口,由于末端擋門提供可調節背壓,使更多水分被擠出,在達到脫水目的后污泥由擋門開口處不斷排出。
The muddy sewage enters the sludge channel after being conditioned by chemicals. The sludge is driven by the filter plate drilled with small holes in the annular channel at a low speed. As the channel volume gradually shrinks, the water is discharged from the filter holes on both sides. Under the action of the inlet thrust and the friction of the filter, the sludge is continuously pushed to the outlet. Due to the adjustable back pressure provided by the end stop, more water is squeezed out. After the dewatering, the sludge is continuously discharged through the opening of the retaining door.
